Meet Gillian Levi

Hi, I’m Gillian Levi, M.Ed., and I partner with organizations and small construction businesses to strengthen capacity, develop leaders, and create programs that help contractors compete and grow.

Over the last six years, I’ve grown my own construction maintenance business, learning invaluable lessons through the school of “hard knocks.” I’ve made mistakes, faced challenges, and embraced opportunities to grow—not just as a business owner but as a leader. Through completing several incubator programs, obtaining small business certifications, and gaining experience as both a subcontractor and general contractor, I’ve refined the strategies that have helped Odigo achieve their goals.

My journey began as a small business consultant, where I helped business owners streamline their processes, develop their teams, establish bidding systems, and complete bid documentation. After nearly a year of helping others win bids and grow their businesses, I decided it was time to practice what I preached. I started bidding on projects myself—and started winning!

Today, as the CEO & Founder of Odigo Services LLC, I’m not just running a business; I’m driven by a commitment to transformation – for Odigo and other business owners.

Experience that makes an impact

I’m a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in education, project management, and construction services. As the founder of Odigo Services LLC, I’ve built a successful construction maintenance company through competitive bidding and a deep commitment to public sector excellence. Under my leadership, Odigo has secured and executed city, county, and government contracts—consistently delivering high-quality work while advocating for inclusion and equity in the construction industry.

Before launching Odigo, I held a variety of roles across sectors—including educator, construction training analyst, network administrator, director of education, and corporate director of learning & development. My career has taken me across continents, from leading workforce development initiatives in the U.S. and Canada through program & curriculum development—to the United Arab Emirates, where I helped improve national education programs as part of an international reform effort.

Through Odigo Learning, I focus on helping small businesses—especially those in the construction industry—build the skills, systems, and confidence to compete and grow. My work centers on procurement readiness, pre-construction planning, and business leadership, giving contractors the knowledge and support they need to pursue new opportunities and perform successfully on awarded projects. I’m passionate about helping small business owners strengthen their operations, expand their capacity, and position themselves for long-term success. I’m also a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, an experience that continues to shape how I lead, collaborate, and create impact across the construction community.

Building Stronger Contractors

Strengthening Communities.

At Odigo Learning, we believe that when small contractors succeed, communities thrive. Our work is grounded in one clear purpose — to help organizations, agencies, and industry partners build stronger, more capable small business ecosystems.

We partner with organizations and industry leaders to strengthen their small contractor ecosystem through strategic consulting, customized training, and leadership development. By focusing on procurement, pre-construction, and small business leadership, Odigo Learning designs programs that prepare contractors to compete confidently, perform with excellence, and grow sustainable businesses.

Beyond consulting, Odigo Learning also develops and delivers mini-courses, interactive workshops, and networking events created specifically for small contractors. These experiences are designed to provide actionable education, peer connection, and real-world strategies for business growth — helping contractors stay ready for opportunities, not just react to them.

With deep roots in both construction and education, our approach blends real-world industry insight with proven adult learning design. From needs assessment to program implementation, we work collaboratively to ensure every initiative is practical, impactful, and aligned with your mission.

Whether we’re helping a city agency expand its supplier diversity pipeline, guiding a general contractor in mentoring its subs, or hosting a session that helps small business owners refine their bidding strategy, our goal remains the same — to equip contractors with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to build, lead, and thrive.

At Odigo Learning, we don't just train contractors -

We help organizations transform how they support them, and we empower contractors to step into the next level of growth.

Let's Partner to discuss how Odigo Learning can design a program that meets your goals and delivers measurable impact.
